TCE provided inspections of the below-grade waterproofing system for the multi-level concrete framed office building complex and multi-level cast-in-place, stand-alone parking garage. Building envelope inspections were performed on the curtain wall system, thru-wall flashing, window flashing, air barrier, hot rubberized asphalt roofing system, green roof, and plaza waterproofing, building sealants, and expansion joints.
