Jacob has designed repairs, restorations, and renovations for numerous building envelopes. His repairs have included roofing, masonry facades, waterproofing, expansion joint repairs, balcony and exterior concrete repairs, and corrosion induced concrete damage repairs. In addition to the repairs and restorations, he has performed numerous condition surveys for the determination of repairs, including cost estimating.

Jacob has extensive experience with roof condition surveys and roof replacement. He has written specifications and managed projects for roof replacement using many differing materials including PVC, KEE, modified bitumen, and hot rubberized asphalt.
