This multi-story resort and spa is over 20 years old with a bi-level parking garage located directly below the building. The resort includes many retail shops and offices, restaurants, meeting rooms, a grand ballroom and 637 guest rooms. Guest room balcony sliding glass doors were replaced with new hurricane impact sliding glass doors. Work inside the garage included concrete repairs to elevated slabs, post tension repairs, and installation of urethane coating.
