Repairs were made to the poured in place post-tensioned concrete balconies at the Foxhall Condominium high-rise building. This ten story above grade building was constructed in 1971. Complete window replacement was provided to the 10th floor. The first floor lobby level consists of duplex units. The building is concrete framed construction supported by concrete columns. Balcony slabs are cantilevered flat slabs with a thickness of approximately 8". TCE provided full engineering and construction oversight services for repair of the balconies.
