The Hodge on 7th is a 90-unit building designed for affordable senior housing, and one of four residential buildings included within the adaptive reuse, one-million gsf retail, residential, and hotel complex known as City Market at O. The complex features over 87,000 gsf retail, 629 residential units, and 500 parking spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, lounge, and a 78,000 gsf Giant grocery store conveniently located on ground level, which incorporates the restored historic Market, constructed in 1881. TCE is providing structural design services for the entire complex.
