950,000 gsf transit-oriented mixed-use development with 130,000 gsf retail including an urban-format Walmart and two levels of retail parking accessed at grade levels. Over the podium are three residential towers with residential parking in one of the buildings. There are five seven-story residential buildings with 529 apartment units divided between the three structures, and a five-level parking garage above grade wrapped with apartments. There are 141 affordable units including 98 for senior housing, and a daycare center.
