360° H Street is a six-story mixed-use apartment community situated along DC’s planned streetcar trolley route. It consists of 215 apartment units, with 18 designated for affordable housing, in five levels over first floor space, 42,625 gsf retail including a Giant supermarket, residential lobby and leasing office. There is an elevated courtyard and amenity area on the second floor, and two levels below grade parking with 270 retail and residential spaces.
