Four-story Hambro joist construction is supported over a two-level parking garage and grade beams. There are 228,015 gsf residential, 13,10o gsf amenities, and 87,400 gsf partially below grade parking with 188 spaces. Six two-story townhome buildings, 19,422 gsf, are supported on grade.
