This is one of the first new, large-scale condominium projects to be built in the city in recent years and will prove to become a focal point in the Falls Church area. The project consists of a new six-story, 230-unit building, 19,250 gsf of ground level retail space, an arts space, and two levels of underground parking. Pearson Square is located on the former site of a historic duckpin bowling alley and named in honor of the man who was the original land grant owner of the property.
