Cameron House replaces a 1960’s garden-style apartment building torn down in 2008. In its place, this 380,000 gsf 15-story residential luxury building includes 325 apartments, 7,330 gsf ground floor retail space, and 164,000 gsf multi-level above and below grade parking for 390 vehicles. The 14th floor contains roofs with amenities including clubhouse and rooftop pool.
During design of this project. TCE also provided waterproofing review and inspection services, as well as monitoring the adjacent public parking garage.
