Phase II (South Tower) - This project will have a 20-story residential tower, one-story below grade and five-stories above grade parking garage will have also lobby at the ground levels. The project includes 361,918 gsf residential, including circulation, service, amenity, lobby and pool area, 185,470 parking, for a total of 547,388 gsf.
