Phase I (North Tower) of this project will have a 21-story residential tower, one-story below grade and three-stories above grade parking garage will have also retail, amenities at the first floor of new building and at the existing post office basement and ground levels. The project includes 347,220 gsf residential, 44,115 gsf retail, and 133,770 gsf parking, for a total of 525,105 gsf.
