This project consists of a 17 story, Class A residential building that will include up to 445 residential units and 21,500 gsf of ground floor retail, located in the popular Woodmont Triangle area of Bethesda, MD. The project is an assemblage of two parcels ("Brown" & "GNRW"), which together, inclusive of transfer density, generate 440,000 gsf. Additionally, there will be 175,000 gsf in up to four levels of below grade parking.
