Substantial leakage into the garage below and a desired facelift of the building entrances plazas including handicapped accessible entrances and vehicle barriers created a need for an investigation and analysis survey with a follow-up report, structural analysis, design specifications and drawings for concrete repairs, vehicle barriers, and new waterproofing. Planters were re-configured and re-located in the waterproofing design and pavers on top of the waterproofing were installed in accordance with an Architect’s design. The construction work was inspected to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
