TCE worked with the landscape contractor to provide design repair services for the L’Enfant Plaza and Hotel; consisting of 150,000 gsf waterproofing, plaza renovation, and roof replacement. Services included total renovation of the plaza level including waterproofing, paving and pavers, landscaping, lighting, plumbing, a new 40' pyramid shaped skylight for visual and light connection to the promenade level below, precast concrete and granite stone repairs. TCE also provided the facade renovation services for the Hotel and North Building.
