Greenhouse is 15-story condominium building, concrete framed with transite panel facade and concrete balconies. All elements of the existing plaza were removed. The scope of work included concrete deck repairs, installation of new hot rubberized asphalt membrane, and installation of plaza elements. At the same time, two levels of precast concrete garage located under the plaza were repaired. Concrete repairs in the garage included the replacement of slide bearings, stem and flange repairs.
