Repairs were made to the waterproofing at the upper and lower plazas, including slab on grade repairs at garage entrance, overhead beam repairs at garage entrance, and garage trench drain structure repairs at the building. Building construction was estimated to have been completed in 1982. The dead-weight of the existing lower plaza topping slab reduced the existing service live load of the lower plaza slab. Existing waterproofing had reached the end of its useful life and caused water leakage into interior space below.
