TCE provided a condition survey report on this three level parking garage which included visual inspection, chain dragging, qualifying and quantifying areas of deterioration, concrete sample testing, extraction of core samples for compression testing, and provided overall visual inspection to locate problem areas and possible causes of deterioration. The levels are unconnected and accessed from three separate entrances/exits. The lowest level has parking available through half of the level, with the other half being interior space used primarily for storage.
