This project features a 21-story residential tower consisting of 110,573 gsf with 62 condominiums and 101 apartment/hotel units. The residential units and hotel rooms rise above a seven-story podium with restaurant, retail and commercial offices and an adjoining eight-story 40,000 gsf medical office facility, and 76,800 gsf two levels below grade parking with 200 spaces and additional below-grade office space.
