Originally built in 1922, The Bowen Building was transformed into a modern day first-class office building. The building’s original historic three beaux-arts limestone facades with ornate architectural details were restored and retained using 100’ high structural steel trusses designed by TCE. The new building consists of 295,000 gsf of office space in 12-stories and 60,000 gsf three levels below grade parking.
