650,000 gsf 10-story office building over 250,000 gsf four levels below grade, one level office, and three levels parking of reinforced concrete construction. Includes detailed limestone facades, grand lobby spaces, six-story atrium with specialized steel trusses where the glass is suspended from the bottom chord, conference center and cafeteria. The limestone facades of the four-story original historic building were dismantled and installed on the front of the building replicating the original building.
