TCE provided structural engineering services for this complex located on a high-profile site at the Key Bridge in Rosslyn with towers rising 300 feet. The complex is comprised of a 633,000 gsf 24-story office tower, 126,880 gsf hotel, 10,000 gsf retail, and 183,773 gsf residential in a 29-story tower of reinforced concrete construction. The towers are joined by a six-story podium with meeting rooms, lounges, restaurant, and ballroom. There are 136 condominium residences, 154 hotel guest rooms, and public spaces. The podium conceals a 388,000 gsf seven-level parking garage with three underground levels and four above.
TCE also provided the structural design of the nearby 12-story, 300 room Key Bridge Marriott Hotel with public spaces, garage, and rooftop restaurant extending over 12' cantilevers around the building's top floor.
