This mixed-use development incorporates commercial and residential glass towers and a public plaza. The phase one commercial tower will have 32-stories, 607,000 gsf of premium office space and 226,000 gsf below and above grade parking. The residential tower will house 350 residential units and adequate parking. The base of both towers will have about 50,000 gsf of retail amenities. There is a 10,000 gsf observation deck above the commercial tower. The observation deck will feature 360 degree views of some of the most famous locations in the country.
