500,000 gsf office building. TCE designed major renovations and additions, adding two floors over existing 12-story building. Project included relocation of stairs, addition of elevators, replacing and relocating facades, adding contiguous new 14-story wing facing 11th Street with three levels below grade, and conversion of one level parking below grade to retail.
