TCE provided the structural design for this mixed-use urban center in historic Alexandria, VA. Blocks 11 & 12 include 2.2 million gsf of building area spread out over 3.5 acres. The project is comprised of 1.2 million gsf of residential space in three residential towers placed over one million gsf of parking and retail space of which five levels are below grade and three levels are above grade podium. The residential towers extend above the podium from 19 to 29 floors.
