Building #2 is a five-story wood framed building (wood frame design by others) with residential, offices, retail, loading docks, and parking, total area 329,000 gsf. Building #3 includes a six-story Execustay hotel and eight-story residential apartment building linked by a concrete podium including a mezzanine, with approximately 30 hotel rooms, amenities and accessory spaces, fitness area, and restaurant. Building #4 is a five-story residential wood framed building (wood frame design by others) with parking, retail and amenities, total area 425,000 gsf.
