Part of the Waterview mixed-use complex is the 29-story, 212,000 gsf Le Meridien Arlington (previously Hotel Palomar) hotel/condominium tower, consisting of 60 condominiums known as the Waterview Residences, located above the 154 room hotel. It is connected to the Waterview Conference Center, a 600,000 gsf Class A, 24-story office tower by a six-story podium which includes meeting rooms, lounges, restaurant, ballroom, and a 388,000 gsf seven level parking garage with three levels below grade and four levels above grade. TCE also provided structural engineering services for the office tower.
