The new 70,000 gsf above grade Lorien Hotel in historic Old Town Alexandria is a 107-room six-story building designed to maintain the scale of the surrounding historic area. The facilities include fitness and a full service health spa, restaurant, and 7,000 gsf meeting and event spaces. There is 45,000 gsf in two levels below grade parking and spa.
