Part of the $300 million, one-million gsf urban infill project in the Shaw neighborhood, O Street Market is a mixed-use development that includes this new nine-story, 112,355 gsf Cambria Suites Hotel. This is a 182-room all-suites hotel with 1,200 gsf state-of-the-art meeting and conference space, fitness center, rooftop pool, outdoor patio, restaurant, and a 24-hour convenience store on the premises, built over newly constructed retail space. This is the first Cambria Hotel to be part of a mixed-use development.
