TCE provided structural engineering services for major renovations and additions to this 10-story, 317-room historic hotel, originally built in 1917 as the Hotel Washington. The two-year renovation included design services for renovations to the roof, mezzanine, lobby, stairs, MEP retrofit, field surveys and analysis. Project completed 2008.
