This four-story 166,071 gsf composite structural steel structure was designed for the Virginia Department of Transportation / VSP Administration located in Fairfax County, VA. The main lateral resisting system of the building includes vertical steel cross bracing located around the stair rooms and elevators. The exterior columns at the north and south directions are located on a circular curve. The facade of the building is composed of precast panels and continuous windows.
