This is a 350,000 gsf eight-story trophy quality headquarters office building for the US Mint. It includes Level III security blast analysis designed during the design development phase of the project. The three-story lobby was designed for the 45-foot Jefferson Library Rotunda which is surrounded by stone columns flanking a central marble fountain. Also included in the building are two large concrete encased vault rooms and a police command center.
