The IMF Headquarter's building has a limestone panel facade system. The roof and interior light court areas contain stucco and EIFS facade areas. Extensive staining on the limestone facade and failed facade sealants prompted a full building cleaning and sealant replacement. In addition, various repairs to the limestone panels were made to remedy spalling, cracking and deterioration. TCE provided the original structural design of the IMF Headquarter's building, a 130' high, 650,000 gsf 12-story office building over a 180,000 gsf three level below grade parking garage with 400 spaces.
