180,000 gsf mixed-use building with three levels concrete construction below grade for parking and four-story structural steel construction recreational facility with basketball, racquet ball, squash courts, fitness center, and multi-purpose rooms. The fourth floor which has two basketball courts is designed to clear span 103'-0" with 5'-0" deep built up transfer girders. The design included acoustic and vibration considerations.
