10-story student residence hall located on the GWU campus. The 324,000 gsf facility provides 710 new beds in apartment configurations, and 90 underground parking spaces in two levels below grade. The 10,000 gsf food court includes a coffee venue, two hot food venues, and a market with delicatessen; and is designed with focus around a public area furnished with both traditional and lounge seating. The goal was to provide convenient access by the university community and residents while maintaining a secure perimeter to the residential areas of the building.
