This renovation project includes removal of one central column to create a room that is four times larger with new roof at a higher elevation, modification of existing roof joists around the raised roof on four sides, addition of large roof top unit on top of six existing columns and strengthening the columns and footings due to the column removal, addition of new curtain wall for new roof addition, and addition of elevator from basement to the roof.
