TCE was hired by the condominium association in 2003 to complete a full condition survey and as-built analysis of the building structure. TCE completed the survey and presented a complete restoration plan for the roof, facade, terraces and balconies. TCE developed repair plans and specifications for the entire building. Due to limited funding, the project progressed in small phases from 2003-2008. TCE was responsible for documenting leaks as they occur in the building, identifying the source of leakage and developing individual repair specifications and details to remedy these leaks. TCE was responsible for documentation of all repairs that occur and ensuring that the repairs are made with a consistency of details and repair materials since repairs are spread over multiple years. TCE performed all construction related contract administration and quality assurance for this project.
