TCE performed a structural survey of the entire property for damages caused by a hurricane. In addition, TCE provided a repair solution for all of the damages.
Design services were also required for major building renovations and the addition of a junior ballroom and new glass encased lobby. A building evaluation and recommendations for earthquake, facade, roof replacement, and garage repair was also performed.
