Chevy Chase Bank Headquarters ~ Mclean, VA 750,000 gsf 15-story twin-tower office building with five-story connecting link between the two towers, 650,000 gsf five level below grade parking garage for up to 2,000 cars and a theater at the plaza level.

1101 New York Avenue ~ Washington, DC This building was designed with a 21′ cantilevered perimeter providing column free exterior curtain walls on three sides, a dramatic feature of this office building.

1050 K Street ~ Washington, DC 1050 K Street is a 140,000 gsf 11-story Class A boutique office building with 6,000 gsf ground floor retail space and 54,000 gsf below grade parking.

1900 K Street ~ Washington, DC 500,000 gsf Class ‘A’ 13-story office building with four levels of underground parking.

Potomac Tower ~ Potomac, MD 500,000 gsf 19-story trophy office tower and seven floors of above and below grade parking garage.

South of Market @ Reston Town Center (Block 14) An office building complex consisting of two 265,000 gsf 10-story high-rise office buildings, a 125,000 gsf six-story high-rise office building, and a 204,000 gsf below grade parking garage.

1999 K Street ~ Washington, DC Following the demolition of the existing 148,364 gsf Mercury building and below grade parking garage, only the foundation walls remained at this site.

PNC Financial Building ~ Pittsburg, PA New office building consisting of 339,000 gsf of offices in 12 floors above grade, a 33,289 gsf concourse level, and two levels 66,392 gsf below grade parking.

A major adaptive reuse and vertical expansion of the existing building at 1000 Thomas Jefferson, NW on the Georgetown waterfront.
