Our networked in-house computer facility enables us to quickly and efficiently analyze any type of structure. Our systems are compatible with all of today’s requirements, and we continually update as new products are made available. This includes understanding the ways in which artificial intelligence intersects (AI) with the practice of structural engineering/building envelope solutions.

TCE utilizes the latest concepts and techniques in engineering sciences, such as computerized three-dimensional analysis, ultimate strength design in reinforced concrete, pre-stressing and post-tensioning of concrete, LRFD design in steel, and ASD for wood design. In addition, WUFI are used for dew point and heat and moisture analysis of building envelope and Life 365 is used for Service life and life-cycle cost of reinforced concrete structures exposed to chlorides. Both AutoCAD and Microstation are used for drafting which are efficiently tied into our structural analysis software. These systems provide us the capability to analyze and price different structural solutions for review with the project team, along with alternates which are priced in the real market.
