Adaptive reuse and structural conversion of The Coliseum at 1140 3rd Street NE. Scope included bracing, modifying, and repairing the existing shell and structure, lowering the below-grade retail slab, and underpinning footings. TCE provided the structural engineering enabling this complex conversion of a historic entertainment venue into mixed-use space.
