Project Overview

Crystal Mall I was opened up and brought up to federal standards without taking the existing building apart. A new shuttle elevator runs from the lobby down to level B3, with a new pit, slab openings, and underpinning where the existing footings required it. A new concourse slab, checks at the proposed cores, and a seismic analysis written to GSA criteria completed the work.
