Project Overview

An expansion of Goodwin House at Bailey’s Crossroads. A 15-story, 211,000 gsf residence connects through a 12,000 gsf link to a three-story, 42,000 gsf health center with a pool, above 116,000 gsf of below-grade parking and 40,000 gsf of framed parking. The existing building was retrofit for new residences, with new openings and a freight elevator.
