Project Overview

A landmark headquarters for the Association of American Medical Colleges on Square 451, delivering an 11- or 12-story structure of 270,000–290,000 gsf above grade with three below-grade levels for parking and program. The scope uniquely included structural engineering for the removal, off-site storage, and reconstruction of four historic buildings onto the new structure at grade, plus specialized tenant-improvement elements such as monumental stairs, sky-fold partitions, and rooftop terrace connections.
