Continued development at Garvies Point with Block E featuring a 101-unit mid-rise residential building of 5-story wood construction over a 1–2 story concrete podium (170,500 gsf on a 41,110 gsf footprint), plus a new 1-story 2,600 gsf commercial pavilion. TCE engineered the wood-over-concrete structural system and pavilion for this waterfront community.
