Project Overview

Heated residential area totals 262,490 gsf with an additional 22,478 gsf of unheated residential space. TCE served as Engineer of Record for the entire project—including concrete, wood, structural steel, and masonry—and provided independent verification of the concrete subcontractor’s suggested design.
