A major 23-story residential development in Arlington’s Rosslyn corridor delivering 452,000 gsf of residential units, 10,000 gsf of amenity space, 13,000 gsf of cold-shell retail, and approximately 146,000 gsf of above- and below-grade parking. Total project area is 621,000 gsf. TCE engineered the complete structural system for this high-rise mixed-use project.
