Project Overview

A complex adaptive reuse and addition project in which the existing building at 4624 Wisconsin was fully demolished while the structure at 4620 was retained down to the frame. Five new levels (concrete over composite metal deck or CIP) were added above, resulting in a 135,942 gsf multi-story residential and retail building over three levels below grade (10,984 gsf retail + 124,958 gsf residential).
