Project Overview

The Grand at Baldwin is a 5-story above-grade rental apartment building with 215 dwelling units in Baldwin, New York. The building includes 155,664 gsf of residential space, 53,717 gsf of amenity/restaurant/non-residential space, and a lower-level basement parking garage with 251 spaces (104,044 gsf). The lower levels are cast-in-place concrete, while the upper five levels use conventional wood framing with standard wood floor trusses. The building may be supported on deep pile foundations with concrete grade beams and a structural concrete slab on grade.
