Project Overview

Sandy Spring Site is a mixed-use residential development in Atlanta, Georgia, consisting of four residential buildings and a precast parking deck. Two buildings along Roswell Road include a podium level with retail underneath. One building has a podium with parking underneath, and one building is on grade. The project includes 400 residential units (397,363 gsf), 33,910 gsf of retail/amenities, and retail parking below the podium (52,875 gsf). The structure is supported on shallow spread footings. The precast garage is designed by the supplier’s engineer.
